Deposit and remaining balance
When you book, you pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount. The remaining balance is charged 30 days before your arrival. If your arrival date falls within those 30 days, you pay the full amount at once.

Cancellation
A paid deposit or the full amount is non-refundable. As with most vacation rentals, we recommend taking out cancellation insurance so you're covered in case of unexpected circumstances.

Security deposit
One day before your arrival, a security deposit of €250 is reserved on your card. This is not an extra cost: the amount is automatically released five days after your departure, unless damage has been found.

Payment method
You can pay by regular bank transfer or credit card, both through a secure environment.
